It wont let me submit to anything except featured. Are all other folders full?

Hi there,
I have lots of HS pieces and I was wondering if I could/should just submit them to the featured folder, or if maybe there was some way to submit them to specific folders? Thank you!

Well, typically I'd say just submit them to the specific folders, unless you have something you're really proud of and think it deserves to be added to the Featured folder. My apologies for the very late reply.
Unfortunately, I can only submit to featured! I'm not sure why! 8(
Fixed, I apologize about the inconvenience. Let me know if you have any further trouble and I will get on that as soon as I can.
